There are several attempts at this; some of them make the RDF
metadata invisible, so that might be considered comprehensible :)

You can try visualising it as graphs; see
http://www.w3.org/RDF/Validator/ and http://rdfviz.org/ as well as
turning it into web pages which is done in several places.  You might
see the demos done for SWWS calendar data at
http://www.semanticweb.org/SWWS/ and other things off
http://rdfweb.org/ such as the friend-of-a-friend FOAF and
co-depiction demos which visualise RDF graphs in various ways.

My RSS 1.0 (RDF) web demo http://www.redland.opensource.ac.uk/rss/
does some web interface in a small way, with Redland, of course.
