[redland] Compiling Redland Cygwin

Several people I think, but I've not tried it.

  #include <errno.h>
lines and things worked pretty OK after that.

I've fixed that include in the CVS sources (of redland and raptor),
as long as you compile -DWIN32, it doesn't include that.
