[redland-dev] Raptor debs

I had time this morning to do a bit of the Raptor packaging for
0.9.8.  I've junked the libraptor0-util package, since it only was
for the rapper (was rdfdump) program.

The debs are in http://www.redland.opensource.ac.uk/dist/binaries/debian/
and to use them, add these lines to /etc/apt/sources.list:

----------------------------------------------------------------------
deb http://www.redland.opensource.ac.uk/dist/binaries/debian/ ./
deb-src http://www.redland.opensource.ac.uk/dist/binaries/debian/ ./
----------------------------------------------------------------------

then:
  apt-get update
and:
  apt-get install libraptor0-dev

Then you can use rapper, do 'man libraptor' and 'man rapper' etc.

These were built on debian unstable/sid.  I tried to get pbuilder to
make me some for stable/woody but I couldn't figure out how to sign
them, maybe later.
