[redland-dev] Bug in Python binding

Hi,

I think I found a bug in the latest (0.9.12) version's Python binding.
In RDF.py, at line 224 the Redland.librdf.new_node_from_blank_identifier
function is not passed the 'world' argument. Adding it (apparently)
fixes the problem.
