[redland-dev] librdf_uri_to_filename

I haven't been able to get 1.0.2 to compile yet.  So this might have 
been fixed i haven't had time to look over the Changelog.

Anyways, when i make a new URI: file://home/user/blah/another/go

then i use librdf_uri_to_filename to strip the file://,

i end up getting: /user/blah/another/go

Its no big deal, i can strip it myself, but just somethnig i thought i 
should mention.
