Not one, but TWO releases! Note that it may take up to 72 hours for my
new web host details to ripple around the planet, so don't panic if the
files don't show up immediately.

In addition to the features announced by Dave Beckett for the
corresponding releases, these new Windows packages include:

* Support for the Berkeley DB storage.
* Strong-named C# bindings. The 1.0.2 release has a correct version
string.
* They now pass the (unmodified) Python and C# unit test suites when run
on Windows.

Due to recent developments with regard to the broken MD5 algorithm, it
is no longer worth providing MD5 sums; use the cryptographic signatures
for verification.
