Anonymous CVS is open for business again.

Incidently, since I'm making lots of changes inside Raptor CVS
(especially) I'm now using a CVS tag 'rasqal_last_known_good' to
distinguish some particular set of rasqal CVS files as ok, rather than
use branching which makes my head hurt. This tag normally means that
all the unit tests work but it might be just one step in development
before I go on to break something else.

So for example, if you want right now to get ORDER BY with DISTINCT,
LIMIT and OFFSET (or DISTINCT alone) you can get it in CVS now with the
current "last known good" tag.

Note, if you use this you *really* should read about "sticky tags" in
the CVS documentation and how to set/reset them. In fact, I won't tell
you how to check out using that tag - go read that section first ;)
