[redland-dev] problem compiling raptor-1.4.16

[hope this is going to an appropriate list]

After what looks like a successful configure (m4 autoconf and automake are
correctly installed), make reports these errors:

# make
Making all in src
make  all-am
Making all in utils
/usr/local/bin/gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I../src  -I../src
