Friedrich, 

You can install it via Cygwin on Windows. I cannot find the wiki link at
the moment but I got it working on my box by downloading all the files,
unzip them (you'll need to make sure they don't unzip in Windows format
- I had this problem and a couple of people on the list helped out),
download Cygwin (if not already installed - make sure you have make and
gcc in the package). 

Then open Cygwin, swap into each directory (raptor, Rasqal, Redland,
Redland-bindings I think is the order to install the toolkit). Whilst in
each directory do ./configure&&make&&makeinstall

I think there is an issue on Windows with the Redland-bindings and
installing properly.

We need the Redland RDF Library for Perl for a course at the Technical
University of Vienna. It seems that some students don't know and can not
figure out how to install redland under WindowsXP for Perl.
Could you provide a Webpage where the downlaod- and installation process
for WindowsXP and Perl is described. (Or tell us how it is installed)

I alredy tried several pages and downloads:

But we still were not able to figure out how to install Redland under
WindowsXP for Perl.
