RAPTOR_IDENTIFIER_TYPE_ORDINAL still encountered
Description: 
The RDF/XML found in the additional information creates an object with the
raptor_identifier_type RAPTOR_IDENTIFIER_TYPE_ORDINAL. This identifier
type should be no longer expected according to the documentation.
