Summary: : for the default namespace in sparql queries
doesn't work with local turtle files
Description:
When trying to use the default namespace of a turtle file, the blank colon
":" does not work. It parses, but no results are returned.

If you try an equivalent query using an open node instead of the term with
the default namespace, it works, but the URI for the term indicates the
full file path of as the namespace.

Btw, it would be great if the online query tests allowed inputing your own
RDF and had a working Turtle example.
