Summary:                    Atom serializer crashes in redland
Description: 
Reported as a redland bug on debian at
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=596503

Reproducable:
$ wget http://www.atomenabled.org/atom.xml
$ /usr/bin/rdfproc -n -s sqlite test.sqlite parse atom.xml rss-tag-soup
rdfproc: Parsing URI file:///Users/dajobe/dev/redland/librdf/atom.xml with
rss-tag-soup parser
$ /usr/bin/rdfproc -s sqlite test.sqlite serialize atomSegmentation fault
(core dumped)

Could not be demonstrated with raptor 1.4.21 alone directly, but it does
crash against raptor GIT head (raptor V2 1.9.0+) which might be an
indication it's a raptor URI implementation or reference counting logic bug
in raptor.
