[redland-dev] rdflib for Visual Studio 2008 - part 2

There is still no solution for the Visual Studio 2008. I am trying now to get the source configured  but I receive a strange message:
"D:\gnuwin32\bin\chmod.exe: cannot access `configure\r.lineno': Invalid argument.lineno; rerun with a POSIX shell"

Anybody has an idea ?
