Summary:                    Provide RDF.Parser support for reading from Python
I/O objects
Description: 
The librdf_parser API exposed to the bindings does not provide chunked parsing
support.  Either add that or provide direct support for reading from python I/O
objects.  Otherwise tricks like file:///dev/stdin can be used.
