Summary: Blank nodes as names of named graphs
Description:
The following is valid TriG, but raptor cannot parse it:

PREFIX ex: <http://example.com>
GRAPH _:1 { <> a ex:graph }

The RDF 1.1 TriG grammar says that a blank node is valid as the name of the
graph, and this is spelt out in the RDF 1.1 Concepts spec which says "Each named
graph is a pair consisting of an IRI or a blank node (the graph name), and an
RDF graph."
