Summary:                    Blank nodes not generated with random IDs
Description: 
When blank nodes are created, they are not assigned a random ID. Instead, they
are assigned a sequential ID, such as "genid<number>". This means it's literally
impossible to concatenate RDF files, because different nodes are given the same
