[redland] raptor parser utility name 'rdfdump' clashes with RDOFF Dump utility

...not a huge problem since Raptor installs 'rdfdump' in /usr/local/bin/
but perhaps a bit confusing?

On my Debian system, I have this thing installed (don't know how useful/widespread):
