[redland-dev] bug in redland.pc.in [patch attached]

I'm getting a linking error when I use redland via pkg-config:
/usr/bin/ld cannot find -llibrdf

redland.pc.in has -llibrdf (-> liblibrdf).  It should be -lrdf.  I've
attached the diff of my change that allowed my to compile
