There is no documentation on model options at present.

Also, there are no defined options ;)

If they did appear, I'd add a page like
  http://librdf.org/docs/storage.html
which gives the alternatives for storage implemenations along
with the options they take.

It's hard to know where to put this kind of info since it isn't attached to
any particular model implementation.  If it was with the C librdf_model
documentation, it'd be missed by people (most people) using
the language bindings.
