[redland-dev] Base uri when parsing strings

I was wondering if its nessecary to pass down base uri when parsing from 
strings (or files) in cases when its embedded in content. I tried passing 
down null, but that resulted in parse failing altogether (return 1 from 
librdf_parser_parse_string_into_model).
