[redland-dev] querying using ruby bindings

I had a deeper look at the query work for the ruby bindings and found it
was pretty useless.  Looks like I half-sketched it out and didn't finish
it.  So, I've done that and as penance wrote unit tests that pass and
check I did make it work!

$ make check
...
5 tests, 19 assertions, 0 failures, 0 errors

If you want to try the working ruby interface to redland in cvs, you can
grab the new files you need from

http://cvs.librdf.org/cvsweb/redland/bindings/ruby/

in the lib dir for the classes, and the test dir for the new
test_query.rb
