[redland-dev] MySQL Storage ready for production use?

Hi,

I am thinking about using the MySQL storage as the primary database for 
'business critical' data. Is the storage implementation ready for this? 
Does anyone have experiences with using it in that context?

The two most critical aspects:
- Will the data seamlessly migrate when the implementations is updated 
(is the physical model stable enough?)
- Will the data be safe?

Efficiency is currently not such an important issue for me.
