[redland-dev] Installation in Win32

I would like someone to help me with the installation of redland in win32.
I' ve managed to create the raptor.dll but i can' t buit the rasqal.dll.
What must I do with the files of librdf directory? Must I create a project for the redland.dll, there is no such a project in the  redland-1.0.0.tar.gz.
