[redland-dev] Updated fclose() fix patch for redland

This fixes a couple of problems with 1.0.3 that newer glibc detect as
problems in fclose() and it's taken from the debian packaging, pulled
from Subversion.

Note that this is temporarily in CVS.  The packaging will move to
subversion at some point.  cvs.librdf.org no longer runs a CVS repository.
