[redland-dev] json serialization (again)

Woohoo!  Figured it out.  So Ubuntu comes with an older version of
librdf and such already installed, so it was finding those first as they
reside in /usr/lib, and I'd installed to /usr/local/lib.  Changed to
./configure --prefix=/usr/lib and everything worked great!
