Two thoughts:
1. You could preprocess the OWL rules and replace all blank nodes with 
URINodes.
2. Looking and Rasqal's interface, it might be possible to construct a query 
by using the interface instead of a query language. It is perhaps possible to 
use known blanknodes in places where it is not possible with SPARQL. (But 
this is a wilde guess.)
