Summary:                    Make mime_types and syntax URIs available in parser
and serialiser enumerations
Description: 
It would be handy if the mime_types and syntax URIs were available when
using librdf_serializer_enumerate and librdf_parser_enumerate. I would
like this to help me to implement content negotiation for the
serialisation format returned.

Perhaps librdf_parser_get_mime_type_from_name() ?
