Summary: configure fails at vnsprintf test when cross
compiling
Description:
Configure script fails to complete when cross compiling raptor (for
mipsel). The test program for vsnprintf seems to be the culprit.

Configure output:

checking vsnprintf has C99 compatible return value... configure: error: in
`/home/myusername/openwrt/8.09/build_dir/mipsel/raptor-1.4.19':
configure: error: cannot run test program while cross compiling
See `config.log' for more details.
