Summary:                    rdfproc -n does not always make the store empty
Description: 
Running
 rdfproc -n -c -s sqlite test add s p o c
 rdfproc -n -c -s sqlite test query sparql - 'select ?g ?s ?p ?o where {?s
?p ?o}'
returns a result even though '-n' should make the rdfproc start from a new
store.
