Summary:                    Bound and unbound statements
Description: 
It should be possible to obtain the model that a certain statement is
"bound" to, when getting statements from a stream. Since streams can be
created from different "sources": model, parsing, etc., the statements are
not always bound to a model - in which case NULL should be returned.
