Summary:                    librdf_query_results_to_counted_string cannot format
a query result if the format name has no URI (csv, tsv)
Description: 
librdf_query_results_to_counted_string() needs a format_name arg so you can
create formatters for csv, tsv etc. which have no particular URIs.  Or
could give them made up URIs.

Alternatively, export the query results formatter class and let it be
created by name / mime / type etc.
