[redland-dev] Cygwin and Raptor...

I'm attempting to get the Raptor parser working on Windows via the
Cygwin method. I plan to use it in conjunction with a Java web
application I have running on Apache Tomcat along with Allegrograph.

 

So far, I've installed Cygwin successfully and I've unzipped the
raptor-1.4.21.tar.gz
<http://download.librdf.org/source/raptor-1.4.21.tar.gz>  file onto my
C:\

 

I've never used Cygwin before and I'm really not sure what to do next -
can anyone tell me what to do?
