Summary:                    Use raptor_syntax_description_validate() to validate
Query Results formats
Description: 
use raptor_syntax_description_validate() to valid the  Query Results formats
description instead of using duplicate code in
rasqal_query_language_register_factory().

raptor_syntax_description_validate() also calculates the number of mime types
and uri strings, rather than having to calculate them manually.
