Summary:                    pkg-config --modversion raptor and rasqal
Description: 
the configure file checks for the current version of rasqal and raptor under the
pkg-config files at /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig instead of /usr/lib/pkgconfig.I had
some old version raptor.pc and rasqal.pc files under /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig
and as such the ./configure command indicated and old uncompatible rasqal and
raptor lib.
