[redland-dev] cygwin build - raptor2-2.0.0.tar.gz

Hi,

(note it's line 1588 not 1558).

redland-1.0.12 is not source compatible with raptor2-2.0.0 due to API
changes in raptor2 after the latest redland release.

Either wait for the next release of redland or pull the latest sources
from https://github.com/dajobe/librdf .
