[redland-dev] rdflib for Visual Studio 2008 - part 2 trying with gnuwin

this time I am trying with Gnuwin and the error message comes from the “chmod” command during configure.

Visual Studio and POSIX are two different universes. Configure is for POSIX.

For Visual Studio, you'll have to configure project & solution files by hand.
