Summary: Can't load turtle URI : rapper: Error - - XML HTTP
error: Unknown IO error - Not a valid HTTP URI
Description:
Parsing an URI results in :
rapper: Error - - XML HTTP error: Unknown IO error - Not a valid HTTP URI
while parsing this URI with older rapper versions everything is fine.
Additional Information:
The following command does work using rapper 2.0.8 and rapper 2.0.6 (admitting,
residing in other environments):
rapper -i turtle
https://raw.github.com/lobid/vocabs/master/nwbib/nwbib-spatial.ttl
However, the command above, using it on my platform with rapper version 2.0.12,
it results in:
rapper: Error - - XML HTTP error: Unknown IO error - Not a valid HTTP URI
while it seems to be perfect text/plain (using wget -vvv) turtle. Also, the
output of wget is fine for be validated by that same rapper 2.0.12.
