[redland-dev] Help need to build libs

Hi,
I have downloaded the latest release source code for "Redland" libraries.
i.e.
Rapter, Rasqal, and librdf.
I want to build all these libs for windows 64 bit environment.
I am referring the "Install" documentation but no luck.
Please help me.
