Summary:                    librdf_serializer_get_feature() and
librdf_serializer_set_feature() own the node or no?
Description: 
http://librdf.org/docs/api/redland-serializer.html is silent on the issue
whether features get/set for a serializer should be freed by the caller with
librdf_free_node().

Documentation of both librdf_serializer_get_feature() and
librdf_serializer_set_feature() should be amended on allocation/freeing policy.
