[redland-dev] Patch: librdf_serializer_set_namespace support in Perl binding

The attached patch is just a simple addition of the set_namespace 
option in the serializer object for the Perl bindings.  I made this 
patch against CVS, so I hope everything should be in order.

Additionally, if there are other options that anyone would like to see 
added to the Perl bindings, please let me know and I'll pick at them 
while doing my application development.
