Last week I added a new committer to the redland libraries,
Nicholas J Humfrey.  'njh' as he appears in the logs, bug tracker
and IRC is the author of
  Redstore http://code.google.com/p/redstore/
that provides a SPARQL endpoint over HTTP using redland

He's added a new HTML serializer for query result tables
and a few other fixes and API updates to librdf.
